Life as a WHEELER

Well it has been almost a year now and life as a Wheeler is not so different. We did have an untimely death in his family on Tues, when his cousin took his own life via overdose, so I am in San Antonio this weekend after all. Jeffrey, James' cousin, was 24 and very depressed so I guess he decided it would be easier this way. His Mother is extremely distraught and to make matters worse he has an identical twin. Please pray for the family!!! Also Pete, James' step-grandfather had a mild heart attack on Wednesday night. He is doing better and still on a breathing machine because of his shortness of breath but they don't expect to have to do surgery. The DR thinks a change in diet should be OK for him.

Now on to the good news. Work has slowed down a tiny bit and of course I am so happy to be with my hubby again. We are probably going to just go out to dinner somewhere downtown on Saturday to celebrate our one year. All and all I loved being a WALKER and I love being a WHEELER now!!!!!
