It's Official

Well as of Friday I am a Walker again. It was really hard and I cried after I walked out of the court room. Nothing really else to say, just trying to pick up my pieces and move on with my life without him. Just wanted to keep everyone updated.

For Memorial Day, my family is going to San Diego. FUN!!!!! Can't wait for that. Then of course the Ouray trip in July. Funny how it started with just a few of us and now almost everyone is going. But who could really pass up a trip to Ouray. I think that last time I went was 2001 or so. It will be good to go back!!!!

  • I've been praying for you and thinking of you. It takes alot of strength to do what you are doing. Even when it is forced upon you. Have fun in San Diego and I am looking forward to seeing everyone in Ouray! It should be a great time.

  • I *SO* wish we were going to Ouray, but unfortunately, I just don't think it would work out.
    I'm sure Friday was rough, but instead of focusing on that, I'll congratulate you on being a Walker again! Walkers rock!! :)

  • Luckily, the actual courtroom experience was only a few minutes, once the lawyer found a judge who could fit us in. Still, that is over.

    We also caught Spiderman 3 during the trip. Even though it is getting mediocre reviews, we enjoyed it.

    And, we scooted down to Corsicana to visit Kathie's mom. She is doing OK, but y'all continue to pray for her.
